vSphere Curriculum
There are a number of official vSphere courses available, designed for individuals in various job roles and wishing to gain skills in many different areas of vSphere. Some of the courses are designed to follow-on from others, as shown below.
Note that the Troubleshooting course is very high-level, it is not suitable for those who have only completed the Install, Configure, Manage course - individuals should also attend the Manage Scalability and Manage Availability courses prior to attending the Troubleshooting course. Course descriptions can be found on the vSphere Courses page.
Other official vSphere courses are available for those who are responsible for the day-to-day deployment and management of virtual machines in a vSphere environment, or those that need to gain an appreciation of the benefits that virtualization can bring to their organization and require an exposure to the key technologies and capabilities of vSphere.
Further official courses on areas such as security and automation are still in development and should be released in the first half of 2010.
